Finally I am able to finish the missing weeks. Oracle released 11G Release 2 this week , and as you might guess most of the posts were about 11GR2 new features. Virag Sharma, Amit Bansal ,Arup Nanda (as usual) and Amis Group were the ones who won the race of posting about new features. Some of them were excerpt from documentation but still nice to know so I put them in my list.
