		<description><![CDATA[This is what I like about you Dom, you are certainly a better blog follower then me.
I wonder how I missed Randolfs mention, I wish I can do more scientific analysis like he did instead of trivial ones :) I also wish Oracle gives more info about the feature and when it kicks. They never mentioned default level in the docs or notes (maybe I&#039;m missing ) thankfully community has got great brains to confirm my trivial approach :)
