I’ sure it’s just a typo in your blog, but Note:264235.1 talks about a asleep of 120 which are seconds, not minutes (what would make little sense.)

I had the same problem during the upgrade of the Oracle VM template 11.1.0.6 to 11.1.0.7 using the patchset available at Metalink.
I am using an OEL5 virtual machine.
